Wheaty, mealy biscuits
Buttermilk biscuits that are too chewy in the center even though their aroma was wonderful and though the recipe from last time, which yielded the same problem, was augmented with more buttermilk and less wheat flour.

Today is April 12, 2006. I would like to note that all updates to oneortwo since last July have come on Tuesdays. That's 9 months of only Tuesday updates. What can we conclude?
